Before you apply

The questions a careful parent should ask.

Is Treehouse Reserve a nanny share?

No. Reserve does not begin by combining unrelated children in one host home. Each household receives care under its own profile, consent, and schedule.

Do you guarantee same-day coverage?

Not during the founding pilot. Members receive priority coordination, fast confirmation, and access to their prepared circle, but requests remain subject to caregiver availability and the care needed.

Can a caregiver stay with a mildly sick child?

Sometimes. The family's illness disclosure and the caregiver's opt-in are required. Fever, vomiting, diarrhea, communicable illness, and other higher-risk symptoms may make a request ineligible.

Will we always receive the same caregiver?

Your introduced circle is the first source for assignments. The goal is familiarity and continuity, but the exact caregiver depends on timing, availability, child needs, and assignment type.

What happens before overnight coverage?

Treehouse requires an introductory care block, a written overnight plan, emergency and medical contacts, household access instructions, and clearly defined on-duty hours.

What does the founding conversation cover?

We discuss your current care, where it breaks, child ages, geography, timing, transportation, illness expectations, and whether our pilot can responsibly support the request.
